Sensual Latihan Meditation / Tepoztlán

Latihan is the first step towards Mahamudra. Latihan is allowing the body to vibrate, become energy, melt, and dissolve the boundaries. Latihan is the practice of following your inner guidance and cultivating the space to tune in and be your authentic self, expressed in conscious movement in connection with self and others. It is a blindfolded journey, a moving meditation, and a sensual experience.

The experience is divided into two blocks. The second block is optional clothing and physical interactions are possible. There will be clear instructions and guidance on how to navigate consent and boundaries during the experience, to be able to relax and enjoy the process in a safe environment.

-The activity will be offered in English and Spanish

-There could be nudity in the second part

-Full address will be given after booking

-Doors open at 17:45 and close at 18:00

What to Bring: Drinking water, comfortable clothes and your absolute presence.

To reserve your spot simply continue the RSVP process, you will be directed to a registration form followed by two choices of payment, if you choose the card payment a 5% fee will be added. If you select the manual payment, instructions for a bank transfer will appear.
