Do you say yes when you really mean no? Do you break promises to yourself or neglect your self-care? Is it hard to put yourself first?

When you make decisions out of guilt, a need to please or to avoid conflict, you overvalue the needs of others and disrespect yourself. This conveys—to yourself and those around you—that you accept very little. That doesn’t feel very good, does it?

At the same time, we all like to spread ​THE LOVE, but the question is — do we have enough love for our own selves?

We cannot always expect to rely only on external sources for love and that is where the concept of self-love comes in.

Self-love is your secret weapon to living a fulfilling life. That’s because your inner world creates your outer world. Before you can receive love and respect from others, you need to love and respect yourself.

The intention of this ritual is to understand what really means to love ourselves, by peeling off the layers of Self to find the deeper meaning of Love. We will journey through our emotional, energetic, and physical bodies to connect with our higher self and understand what our soul is longing for.

Gisella Rouge from Mexico is a transformational and Tantric facilitator, she is the founder of Serpent Rouge where she designs transformational programs with a focus on Sacred Sexuality. She traveled for years facilitating and learning in different communities, retreats, and festivals around the world. She created the first Tantra Festival in Mexico and all of Latin America and since then she has been dedicated to the healing of the collective sexuality. Initiated in Mahamudra Teachings and Anuttara Tantra, became an Oneironaut practitioner alongside Reiki, Tai chi, and Qi gong. Around the same time, she find out about Temple Arts and Sacred Sexuality and it was through sexual healing that she experience rebirth and began a journey back to life and her true self.
